Casey Granieri has been a resident of Rahway for more than 55 years. He is married with 2 stepchildren. Casey
is a retired Executive Chef. He graduated from the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America in Poughkeepsie NY.
Casey has worked as the Chef Manager for the CEO of Midlantic Bank. He managed sales in the northeast for a large food manufacturer. He worked as a chef at several prestigious restaurants, and he also managed food services for Rahway Hospital.
For more than 15 years, Casey has volunteered and prepared meals for the New Jersey State Pipes and Drums of the Blue and Gold, and the Police Unity Tour, both of which support families of fallen comrades. Casey has also volunteered at the Rahway Garden Club, teaching children how to grow a garden and how to cook.
Casey Granieri has excellent leadership and management skills. He is an expert in money management and budgeting, employee relationship skills, and time management.
